Instructions for cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract with AWARIKIDS within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. Please send your cancellation declaration in writing, by email or using the form below. You can reach us by email at info@awarikids.com and by telephone at +49 157 53 09 41 09.

As soon as we have received your cancellation notice, we will issue the refund immediately. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when purchasing. If you are still in possession of the goods when you submit your cancellation declaration, the refund will be made upon receipt of the returned goods.

The shipping costs for the return must be borne by the buyer. Please ensure that the goods are transported safely and appropriately, e.g. DHL package including tracking.

You have the right to exercise a partial cancellation by revoking individual items of the purchase contract. Please note that in the event of a successful partial cancellation, the flat-rate shipping costs for the outbound shipment will not be refunded.

Our range also offers sets consisting of several toys. These are considered one item and not several items, so the cancellation of a set is only possible if the entire set is returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot fully refund goods that have obviously been tested beyond normal testing and have therefore suffered a reduction in value. Instead, a refund will be made less a reasonable value. Please check received goods carefully so that we can resell them after they have been returned.

Returned goods that are no longer for sale are donated to non-profit organizations or families in need.
