Have you checked the delivered goods and realized that you don't like them? No problem! We'll take you back - no ifs or buts.

RETURN DEADLINE

You have 30 days to return an item. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

REQUIREMENTS

In order for a return to be successful, the goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them.

EXCLUDED FROM RETURN

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:

- Gift vouchers

- Digital products such as videos

- Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Items returned after 30 days from delivery

RETURN COSTS

The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Please ensure that the goods are transported safely and appropriately, e.g. DHL package including tracking.

REFUND

Refunds will be issued immediately after inspection of the returned goods.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible for technical reasons. Instead, we recommend a new order.

TIPS

Our recommendation for a smooth and quick return:

- Enclose a reference to the order number (e.g. invoice or delivery note)

- Keep tracking number

- Use sturdy cardboard and close securely
