Yes, the Montessori Kid silts up to most countries within the EU. 

After receipt of the order, we need approx. 1 daysuntil your order is processed in our logistics center. After you have received a confirmation email, it usually takes some time to send 2-4 working dayse. You will also find the tracking number in this email. 

If the period specified there has been exceeded and you have not received your order by then, or you have not received a confirmation email, do not hesitate to contact us @info@montessorikid.shop">info@montessorikid.shop or via Chat with us

We will send you an email with the order confirmation as soon as we have received your payment.

When your order has been shipped, we will also send you another email with a link so that you can track your delivery until it finally arrives.

Of course. Basically, the return within the cancellation period (14 days after delivery) is possible at any time.

Your satisfaction is important to us! In order not to unnecessarily burden the environment and to be able to offer good prices in the future, it is important to avoid returns. 

If, for once, you do not like an item or do not meet your requirements, you can of course return it or report a complaint.

For products that can be returned free of charge, we will be happy to send you a return link. For products that cannot be returned free of charge, you can purchase a return label from us. In both cases you can process the return via our service portal:
